In the order passed earlier, we had observed that it is a case of checkered history of litigation, which is reflected from various orders passed by this Court as well as Supreme Court. It is pertinent to mention here that earlier, when lock and seal notice was issued, petitioner approached this Court by way of writ petition and it was dismissed. 4. The order passed by this Court on earlier date of hearing was subsequent to the lock and seal notice dated 16.09.2023. However, it appears that on that aspect, no arguments were advanced before this Court. Therefore, no direction can be issued in a separate petition. Petitioner, if so advised, may take other appropriate remedy. 5. Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
