JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE ORDER 05.06.2026 With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this appeal is disposed of by providing that though the respondent No.3 shall be entitled to operate the accounts of the partnership business in terms of the order impugned passed by the Commercial Court, Srinagar, yet the same shall be operated by the respondent No.3 for and on behalf of the firm. Not only the respondent No.3 shall maintain the true accounts, but shall also provide complete access to the appellant herein. Since the partnership is still subsisting and the appellant is one of the partners, he cannot be deprived of his right to participate in the partnership business and have the information with regard to the accounts maintained by respondent No.3. The respondent shall, therefore, allow complete access to the petitioner to the accounts of the firm and also allow him to participate in the partnership business as per the terms and conditions laid down in the partnership deed executed between the parties. With the aforesaid modification, this appeal is disposed of.
