The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026. It has been alleged that the informant was accosted by some miscreants who snatched cash, jewelry, mobile and the key of motorcycle. Though, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only an Alto car was seized from the possession of the petitioner and the said Alto car belongs to the brother of the petitioner and the fact that some of the co- accused have been granted bail, but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has got 10 criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
