By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 656/2023, dated 07.08.2023, registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar, North West Delhi, under Sections 328/376D of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2. After some arguments, Mr Atul Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, however, he prays that the Trial Court be requested to expedite the conclusion of the proceedings. 3.
