ORAL ORDER
In the present petition, the petitioner-workman has questioned the order of suspension. It is alleged that the order is illegal as the petitioner could respond to the show-cause notice. The suspension order is passed on the allegation that the petitioner has forged/edited the signature.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has remedy of an appeal before the Appellate Authority under Regulation No. 13(2) of the

Karnataka Appellate Tribunal Act, 1976. If that is the case, the petitioner has to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. Thereafter, the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal within two weeks from the date of filing of the appeal. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands
disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter.
