Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 114/2025. On a secret information, the Police had apprehended five persons including the petitioner and arms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted against him. It appears from the possession of the petitioner one carbine American rifle and six live cartridges were recovered. Although, it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Keredari P.S.
