For a direction upon the respondents to release and pay the lawful salary of the petitioner for the period 09.12.2024 to 31.07.2025, during which period the petitioner had duly rendered services but his salary has been illegally withheld. ii. For directing the respondents to pay all the consequential benefits including interest on the delayed payment of salary @ 18% p.a. 3. At the outset, leaned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court towards Annexure-4 which is a letter dated 02.12.2025, and indicates that the grievance 2026:JHHC:12543 2 of the petitioner is admitted with regard to the salary, but still he has not been paid the dues salary. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed in this case; accordingly the order may be passed to this effect. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission and looking to the prayer made in this application, the instant writ application stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter in accordance with Rules and Regulations, particularly a letter dated 02.12.2025 issued from the office of Jharkhand Armed Police-05, Deoghar. Thereafter, the admitted dues which would be found payable, shall be paid to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to serve the copy of writ petition along with all relevant documents to the respondent for convenience. 6. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
