The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87142 of 2024 by which the petitioner has been granted provisional bail. 3. I don't find any typographical or arithmetical mistake to modify the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87142 of 2024 in view of the bar contained under Section 403 of the BNSS. 4. Accordingly, the present modification application is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30453 of 2026(3) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 consigned. 5.
