The instant writ application has been preferred for a direction upon the respondent No.2 to immediately and forthwith issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner as he appeared and qualified in the counselling which was held on 08.12.2010. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue involved in this writ application is with regard to appointment pursuant to Advertisement of the year 2009 and entire selection process is over and perhaps this might be the reason that petitioner is not interest in this case. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid fact that the case relates to appointment pursuant to Advertisement of the year 2009 and by 2026:JHHC:2364 2 efflux of time the entire selection process is over and further, the petitioner is also not pursuing the writ application; accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed.
