The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.35556/2024 (KLR- RR/SUR), whereby the accused was directed to consider the complainant's request for change of Katha. 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed an affidavit of compliance enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 22.07.2025. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18112-DB CCC No. 1324 of 2025 3. The said endorsement indicates that 4 acres 05 guntas of land in Sy.No.106/1 are proposed to be forfeited and mutation in respect of 0-13 guntas of land in Sy.No.106/2 is proposed to be cancelled. A proposal to this effect has been forwarded to the concerned authorities. 4. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite to initiate any proceedings for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 5. We, however, clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant to avail his substantive remedies, in respect of the decision taken by the accused, in accordance with law.
