M SIVA KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue an order or orders or direction or a writ one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.4 in interfering with the matters of civil disputes, in respect of the residential buildings of the petitioner vide D.Nos. 6-7-209 and 6-7- 210 vide Plot No.9 to an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in Survey No. 1777/1 of Chenampalli Village, Badvel Mandal and Municipality, YSR (Kadapa) District, in between the petitioner and the respondent No.5 at the instance of the respondent No.5 and his henchmen and interfering in the fundamental rights of Life and personal liberties of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and also violating Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere with civil disputes in between the petitioner and the respondent No.5 and his henchmen and not to harass the petitioner in calling to the respondent No.4 Police Station and not to interfere with the personal liberties of the petitioner…” 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Shaik Mohammed Ismail, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the Respondent No.4 has been interfering in the civil dispute concerning the Petitioner’s residential property at the behest of Respondent No.5. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.4 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 henceforth. 3 6.
