By way of the aforesaid order, directions had been issued to the Block Development Officer (“BDO”)/Appropriate Authority to examine the petitioner’s claim in respect of the land situated at Khasra No. 25/4, Village Tajpur Kalan, Delhi, afresh, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It has further been directed that if upon consideration, the land in question was found to be part of the Gram Sabha land, appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law. 3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who submits that eight weeks’ time may be granted to do the needful. 4. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondents shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and decide the representation of the petitioner, within an outer limit of eight weeks from today. 5. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 6. However, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any non- compliance by the respondents, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 7.
