By virtue of the present petitions under Sections 528 and 531 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks setting aside the common impugned order dated 07.08.2026 passed by the learned JMFC (NI Act)-01, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in CC No.626534/2016 titled "Genesis Finance Co. Ltd. vs. Anil Sharma", insofar as the said order directs the petitioner to proceed with defence evidence independently in the present complaint without considering the effect of the order dated 02.11.2022 governing the connected complaints and the issue of common defence evidence alongwith other ancillary reliefs. 2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, including filing of an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court wherein the impugned order dated 07.08.2026 has been passed. 3.
