The husband and brother-in-law of the informant were suspected to have been abducted by unknown miscreants. The petitioner appears to have been implicated in this case on confession of a co-accused. It further appears that on the confession of Roshan Minz, the dead bodies were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2026. Regard being had to the fact that save and except the confession of the co-accused there are no other materials to connect the petitioner with the commission of murders, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Simdega in connection with T.
