JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 10/09/2026 This application is filed by the applicant seeking correction in the name of his father in the cause title in the order dated 10.09.2025. On his oral request, name of his father from “Shri Bhagu Ram Jat” in the cause title of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13542/2025, is changed to “Shri Mangu Ram Jat”. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Amended cause title appended with the application is taken on record. In the order dated 10.09.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13542/2025 name of father of the petitioner be read as “Shri Mangu Ram Jat” instead of “Shri Bhagu Ram Jat”.
