By way of the present appeal, the appellant seeks to assail the order dated 26.05.2026 passed by the learned District Court-01, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS DJ 3981/2024 whereby the learned Trial Court has granted an injunction in terms of Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC) directing the appellant to preserve the documents and restraining it from destroying, altering or parting with the financial records, accounts, purchase files, etc., till the disposal of the suit. 2. A perusal of the impugned order would show that the same does not specify the period for which the records are directed to be preserved by the appellant. This is a digitally signed order.
