The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned select panel dated 13.11.2022 issued by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Prayagraj, in respect of the institution, namely, Janta Janardan Inter College, Mehndi, District Jaunpur, as well as for a further prayer to direct the respondents not to take any further action pursuant to the select panel dated 13.11.2022 issued in respect of the petitioner's institution, Janta Janardan Inter College, Mehndi, District Jaunpur, and a further prayer to direct the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful working and functioning of the petitioner as Officiating Principal in Jan Sahyogi Inter College, Amawat, Auraiya. The controversy in question has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 19537 of 2022, (Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra vs. State of U.P. and 6 others ), decided on 05.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
