For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Ms. Tanu Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 07/2026. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No. 2757 of 2026. The allegation reveals that the petitioner and some other co-accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession mobiles and SIM cards were recovered. They are suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2026 and he has one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 07/2026, subject to condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically appear before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
