The main grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition was that he was suffering from Non-Union with implant failure endangering radial nerve damage and despite the fact that he was referred for treatment to higher center, he was not sent there for treatment. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual assertion made on behalf of the State that the petitioner’s treatment has commenced at Delhi. 4.
