Heard Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with N.D.P.S.. Case No. 29 of 2023. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 9884 of 2023 and again in B.A. No. 1570 of 2025. 4. It has been alleged that 512.400 kilogram of doda were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the other accused persons. 5. It appears that one of the similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail in B.A. No. 5808 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2023 and out of the seven charge-sheeted witnesses, two witnesses have been examined so far. 6. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I-Cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Khunti, in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause. 7.
