Jait Pur for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC. 2. According to learned counsel for the petitioners, there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, bereft of any details and, therefore, it is a fit case where this Court should exercise its inherent powers in order to prevent the abuse of process of law. 3. However, when asked, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed and the case is now fixed for consideration of charge.
