Case No.04 of 2016 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that a revision petition CRR 1126 of 2025 was filed by the petitioner challenging an order arising out of the same proceeding. In the said CRR 1126 of 2025, the learned coordinate Bench of this Court referred the matter to the mediation. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not appearing. Learned counsel also states that there is a huge arrear pending, however, learned counsel submits that an appropriate order may be passed for expeditious disposal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has refuted the averment without going into the merits claim and counter-claim. 2 4. The court considers that no prejudice would be caused to either of the parties, if expeditious proceedings are carried out in M. Case No.04 of 2016 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. 5. Hence, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar is directed to conduct expeditious proceeding in accordance with the law of M. Case No.04 of 2016. 6. CRR 4816 of 2025 stands disposed of. 7.
