We have been informed by learned counsel representing the DDA/STF that the complaint made by the petitioner in respect of certain alleged illegal constructions was registered on the STF Portal and was accordingly forwarded to MCD, which has filed a status report before the STF stating therein that in absence of any specific details of the illegal constructions, the action as prayed for is not possible. 3. Accordingly, we permit the petitioner to make complaint disclosing therein the specific details of the illegal constructions along with the correct addresses and once any such complaint is made, the Authority concerned shall proceed with the same and take appropriate action which may be warranted under law.
