Having heard Sri Mahtab Alam, learned counsel for the original petitioner/appellant and Sri Arimardan Singh Rajpoot, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, there is no good ground to offer any interference in the order of the learned single judge dated 31.08.2026 in Jyoti Rani Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.; 2026:AHC:180264. 2. Suffice to note that the application made by the original petitioner to be appointed as Anganwadi Karyakarti on compassionate basis, is pending before respondent nos. 4 and 5. To that extent, the learned single judge has issued a direction to the respondents to decide the original petitioner's application "in accordance with law". 3. The fact that the direction entails and necessarily involves consideration of the entire material, may not be faulted on the reasoning proposed by the original petitioner that at present, the respondents may only consider the Income Certificate issued to the petitioner on 30.07.2026. 4. The present intra-Court appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. The issue of examination of Income Certificate may be remain to be tested on the strength of all material as may be relied by the parties.
