ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The Petitioners above named most respectfully submit as follows:
1. The above Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No. 1349/2024 pending before the Hon'ble Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, Chikkaballapur District.
2. It is respectfully submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Trial Courts.
3. It is submitted that the matter in Crl. Misc. No. 1349/2024 on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, and M.C. No. 14/2025 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chintamani, has been settled between the Petitioners and the Respondent on 12.02.2026.
4. In view of the said settlement arrived at between the parties, the present Criminal Petition does not survive for consideration.

Hence, the Petitioners seek permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above Criminal Petition as having become infructuous.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioners most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioners to withdraw Criminal Petition No. 16646/2025 as settled and disposed of, in the interest of justice and equity."
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
