In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the State-Authorities to act upon the representation submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 &3 with respect to the private respondent No. 4 to 7 disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner. The representation which has been submitted before the respondent No. 2 & 3 has been brought on record by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of the same there appears to be a land dispute and the grievance of the petitioner is that his ( 2026:JHHC:7503 ) peaceful possession is being disturbed by the private respondent Nos. 4 to 7 3. In view of the fact that the issue in question has already been represented before the respondent No.3, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and act on the same if the grievances of the petitioner are found to be genuine. 4.
