Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner a case in Crime No.185 of 2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 299, 196(i)(a) and 353(1)(b) of ‘the BNS’ was registered by the Respondent No.4. 3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as the grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
