Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P assisted by Mr. J.N. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No. 07/2026. It has been alleged that the informant had developed friendship with the petitioner and some photographs were taken. The petitioner had established physical relationship with the informant under the threat of making the photographs viral. It appears from the 183 B.N.S.S. statement of the victim that physical relationship was established several times. Admittedly, a friendship and love affair had developed. It also appears that there has been an enormous delay in lodging the first information report. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2026. From the allegations made in the first information report, it can be inferred that the informant had acceded to the sexual overtures of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Seraikella P.S.
