Rajesh  Vs  Kushal Singh Cr. MP No. 2802 of 2026 in Cr. Revision No. 27 of 2024 08.07.2026 Present: Mr. Jagmohan Chandel, Advocate, for the petitioner/applicant. Mr. Vishvender Singh, Advocate, vice Mr. P.K. Verma, Advocate, for the respondent/non­ applicant. The present Cr. MP No. 2802 of 2026 has been moved in a decided Criminal Revision No. 27 of 2024, which has been decided by this Court on 21.07.2025, in view of the compromise effected between the parties. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to comply   with   the   conditions   within   a   period   of   seven days, from today. In   view   of   the   averments   made   in   the application and in view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the non­applicant, the application under consideration is allowed.   Let, the condition qua deposit   of   the   compounding   fees   be   complied   with, within a period of seven days, from today.   If the said direction is complied within a period of seven days, then the same is deemed to be compliance of the order dated 21.07.2025,   failing   which,   the  consequences,   as   per judgment dated 21.07.2025, shall ensue.
