The memo so filed reads as follows: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have amicably resolved the dispute between them and in terms of the settlement arrived interse between them Respondent No.2 has agreed to withdraw the allegations leveled against the Petitioner. Therefore, Petitioner has filed a fresh petition in Crl. P. FR No. 3876/2026 wherein a joint affidavit is filed by Petitioner and Respondent No.2 for reporting settlement and they may be permitted to report settlement in said proceedings. In Crl. P. FR No. 3876/2026 a prayer is made for quashing of FIR in Crime No. 0008/2025 registered by South East CEN Crime Police Station before 45th Addl. CMM Court, Bengaluru for the alleged offence under sections 314 and 316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 R/W sections 66 (D) and 72 (A) of the Information Technology Act 2000 on account of settlement arrived between Petitioner and Respondent No.2. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the present petition may not survive for consideration. Therefore Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition as not pressed." In terms of memo, the Criminal Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
