Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 161/2025. It has been alleged that some miscreants had set ablaze a Hyva at Tori Coal Siding and the threat was given that if the levy is not paid, the work will be completely stopped. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28-11-2025 and charge sheet has been submitted by the Police. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
