JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 14-05-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 380 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352 and 351(3) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are said to have committed murder of the deceased. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are only the member of the unlawful assembly. 5. In view of the serious allegation of murder, levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. 8.
