For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and with the consent of the parties order dated 21.04.2026 is modified to the extent of deleting paragraph 39 of the said order. This fact is acknowledged by counsel for the Plaintiffs, who submits that the said domain name be transferred in favour of the Plaintiffs and suit can be disposed of, to which counsel for Defendants No. 2 to 4 has no objection, subject to Plaintiffs providing requisite information and payment of charges, if any. 6. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of directing Defendants No. 2 to 4 to transfer the domain name ‘lumlkai.com’ in favour of the Plaintiffs, subject to the Plaintiffs furnishing requisite information and paying requisite charges by the Plaintiffs, if any. 7.
