1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is claiming the pay scale which is at par with similar situated persons, for which he may be permitted to make a representation before respondent No.4 and the said respondent may be directed to decide the same.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.4 raising his grievance within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.4 within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representation, strictly in accordance with law. However, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned respondent would be at liberty to decide the representation, on its own merit, in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
