Pursuant to order dated 20.07.2026, affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents inter alia indicating that after final sanction of the project of Limited Height Subway (LHS) at Closed Level Crossing No. 6A (Class-C) by the Railway Board, E-Tender was invited on 24.08.2026, bids were opened on 15.09.2026 and after evaluation, the acceptance of tender has been issued in favour of M/s Viraj Construction. The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) has been issued on 01.10.2026 and a period of six months has been fixed for construction of project LHS. 2. In that view of the matter, it is expected of the respondents to ensure that the construction of LHS takes place in the stipulated time as per LOA. 3. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
