Heard Mr. B. Chowdhury, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. I have also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No.23/2026 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Nalbari.
3. In this case, the charges have been framed under Section 21(b) and 27 of the NDPS Act. No witnesses are examined till now.
4. Let the trial court examine at least 2(two) witnesses. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application is disposed of.
