Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to adjourn the present petition in order to remove the defects / defaults. However, it transpires that the present petitioner was filed on 19.12.2025 and thereafter notice was sent to the Office of Advocate General on the same day. But, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not care to remove the defaults for nearly about a month and today, when the matter has been called out for hearing, counsel for the petitioners prays to adjourn the matter. 5. We do not find any good ground to adjourn the matter in order to provide time to learned counsel for the petitioners to remove the defects. Accordingly, his prayer for adjournment is rejected. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the counsel for the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Specialized Adoption Agency Bemetara (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 4 6.
