For the Respondent : Spl.P.P 02/14.01.2026 Heard Mr. Vikas Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Spl.P.P. This appeal is directed against the order dated 29.11.2025 passed in B.P. No. 326 of 2025 arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that on a search conducted in the house of the appellant two girls aged 22 years and 15 years were recovered along with various other articles including several Aadhar Cards. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the wife of the appellant has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.1587 of 2025. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 10.09.2025. Learned Spl.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the fact that the case of the appellant appears to be similarly situated to the co-accused, as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 29.11.2025 passed in B.P. No. 326 of 2025 arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj in connection with B.P.
