The petitioner is an accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 22/2026. The petitioner is alleged to have developed friendship with the informant and established physical relationship with her by giving threats. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the First Information Report has been lodged after 04 years. It has been submitted that the informant is a lady aged 30 years and the tenor of the written report reveals about the love affair between the petitioner and the informant. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2026. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., at Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S.
