Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued thereby quashing and setting aside order dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) alongwith all consequential reliefs/benefits which may entail as result of quashing of the above order.” 2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.1601 of 2026, titled Rajat Chandel versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others and other connected matters, decided on 30.06.2026. 3. This fact could not be disputed by learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents. 4. Therefore, this petition is disposed of by quashing the impugned order dated 12.01.2026, in light of the observations made by this Court in CWP No.1601 of 2026 alongwith connected matters. Findings returned therein be construed as having been passed in the present petition also with liberty to the Authority concerned that if so advised, it may proceed against the petitioner afresh in accordance with law.
