The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.40 of 2026. The petitioner and two other co-accused persons were apprehended by the police who were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. From the possession of the petitioner, two mobiles, two SIM-Cards and cash of Rs.5,200/- were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 20.03.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.40 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner. This application stands allowed. (RongonMukhopadhyay,J.)
