The petitioner seeks transfer on self-medical grounds. The earlier application was made by the petitioner long back. It has been submitted that presently the petitioner is suffering from various medical issues and he is liable to be transferred. 2. As it appears that the petitioner is yet to apply afresh seeking transfer on self-medical grounds, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file offline application seeking transfer before the competent authority disclosing ground for the same. 3. In the event such application is made, the same shall be considered by the Head of the Institution within a period of eight weeks from the date of making the application. 4. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 5. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the head of the institution. 6. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
