No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramkanda P.S. Case No. 13 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant was done to death by the accused persons including the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is in custody since 23.03.2026. The cause of death as per the post-mortem report is asphyxia due to hanging. It appears as per the impugned order that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the deceased as the deceased wanted to stay separate from her parents-in-law which was objected to by the petitioner and which caused the deceased to commit suicide. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Garhwa, in connection with Ramkanda P.S.
