In view of the order, which is proposed to be passed, notice need not to issued to the private respondent no. 3. 2. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that the claim/representation dated 12.01.2026 pending before the second respondent be decided within stipulated period. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel very fairly states that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously. 4. In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the petitioner to move a fresh application/representation before the second respondent ventilating her grievance qua to her rights within two weeks from today. In case, any such application/representation is preferred by the petitioner within stipulated period definitely the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter but certainly after affording opportunity to all stakeholders specially respondent no. 3. 5.
