Admittedly, there are no eye-witnesses to the incident and the name of the petitioner has transpired on the confession of the co-accused as well as on self-confession. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2026. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chaibasa in connection with Manjhari P.S.
