The petitioner seeks bail in a case punishable for offence under Sections 137(2) and 103(1) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R. Informant suspects that all accused persons including co-accused Sita Devi committed murder of his son namely Banti Singh . 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of petitioner transpired during investigation on the disclosure made by co- accused Rajesh Yadav @ Langar who has already been granted bail by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 25.03.2026. accused Bihari Singh in disposal of dead body. Petitioner is in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32683 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 custody since 13.01.2026. Chargesheet has arleady been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition . 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, period of custody and other circumstances of case , let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.
