Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 125 of 2023. It has been alleged that two miscreants were apprehended by the Police and a country made pistol and cartridge were recovered. The apprehended accused had disclosed that they had purchased the arms and ammunitions from the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated only on the confession of apprehended accused persons. One of the apprehended accused namely, Baljeet Oraon has been granted bail in B.A. No. 2607 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2025. Although, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is involved in fifteen criminal cases but regard being had to the manner of implication and the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Sisai P.S.
