Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Sonu Kumar Gaur who is in custody since 13.09.2023 in connection with RIT P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 04 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 395 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st, Seraikella, is pressed into motion. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 23.04.2024 passed in B.A. No. 2275 of 2024 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and present bail application is being renewed on the ground that all the other co-accused persons have already been granted bail. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions, I do not find any change of circumstance to reconsider the bail application again.
