Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026. An information was received that the petitioner along with his associates used to provide photos of girls through Facebook, chatted with them via WhatsApp and posted obscene photos of girls on the Navi Mumbai Call Girl Escort Service Website. The petitioner had registered his mobile number and whenever called used a voice changer and demanded money from the victims. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner was apprehended and multiple ATM Cards, passbooks and mobile phones were seized from his possession. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for almost three months and there being no antecedent against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
