Learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that though the charge-sheet was filed way back in May, 2024, however, out of 11 prosecution witnesses only one material witness has been examined till now, the same is leading to an inordinate delay in the trial before the learned Trial Court. 2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned Trial Court is requested to make all endeavours to try to complete the recording of evidence and hearing for passing the final order/ judgment on or before 31.03.2027, subject to the board position and pendency of cases before the concerned Court. Needless to mention, none of the parties shall be allowed to take any unnecessary adjournments, unless and until approved by the learned Trial Court during such time.
